We have many facilities available for business customers.

Conferences

The purpose built Meadow Suite enjoys panoramic views across the River Great Ouse and surrounding countryside. It is completely self-contained, with it’s own bar, cloakroom, reception area, dance floor, toilet facilities and access from our car park which has space for 300 cars. It is equipped with a central sound proof partition, allowing the room to be divided for maximum layout flexibility.

Blackout and air handling facilities are provided, the lighting may be dimmed and a PA/background music system is available. The hotel has for hire conference equipment, and all other equipment may be obtained if ordered in advance. Contact us to discuss your requirements. We also have fax and photocopier facilities.

We offer a wide selection of menus to complement all types of event. Generally, conference organisers take advantage of our extensive range of home cooked hot and cold food, which is available each lunchtime from the buttery in the Waterside Restaurant. As an alternative, our banqueting menus are available, and lighter working buffet lunches may be served in the meeting room.

Meetings & Seminars

As well as conferences and meetings for up to 150 people, we also cater for the smaller gathering. The Meadow Suite may be sub-divided using a soundproof screen, perhaps with a meeting in one room and meals served in the other.

For more informal meetings, you can relax in the Lounge or Terrace Bar, making use of our coffee tables, sofas and tub chairs. Tea, coffee, table water and snacks can be provided on a tab by our bar staff, to be settled at the end of your meeting.
